Christopher joined Scholar Leaders as President in 2022 after serving as a missionary and professor of New Testament at the Biblical Seminary of Colombia in Medellín. A biblical scholar committed to the transformation of theological knowledge into missional practice, he has worked in projects ranging from authoring scholarly volumes to establishing church-based ministries to victims of forced migration. He holds degrees from Wheaton and Oxford. His most recent book in English is Eight Million Exiles. He and his wife Michelle have three children and live in North Carolina.

Evan’s passions for the Church and the seminary shape his work as Executive Vice President, where his work focuses on integration across the organization. He joined Scholar Leaders in 2004 after working as a missions pastor and in campus ministry. He earned his PhD from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, where his research focused on doctoral programs in the Majority World. He serves on several boards, including the International Council for Evangelical Theological Education, Arab Baptist Theological Seminary, and Tyndale House Foundation. Located in Minnesota, Evan and his wife, Becky, have four sons.

Marcos has served with the Scholar Leaders Vital Sustainability Initiative since 2016. Since 1998, he has worked at South American Theological Seminary in Londrina, Brazil as a full-time teacher and in many administrative positions, including as President from 2006 to 2010. Marcos is also an Evaluator of Theological Institutions and Courses for the Brazilian Department of Education. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister. He received a Leader Studies scholarship for his PhD at Fuller. He and his wife Patricia have two children.

Evelyn directs Leader Studies and serves as Executive Editor for the InSights Journal. She joined the team in 2019. She has a PhD in medieval English literature and an MFA in poetry. She is the author of Mortal Forms: Affect and Temporality in Early English Poetry.

Daniel has a PhD in Educational Leadership from Southern Seminary. He has served in faculty and executive roles at Southern Seminary and Cedarville University. He is a an illustrator and children’s book author. He and his wife April live in central Ohio with their four children. He posts regularly on his site Theolatte.com.

Lyndon is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford. He has a DPhil in Theology from Oxford (2023), and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from York (2005). He is the author of peer-reviewed publications in biblical studies and artificial intelligence, and the book Capital Markets for the Common Good. He is also the co-founder of the Kingi Ihaka Research Centre in Aotearoa/New Zealand.

Taras earned his Master of Theology in New Testament from the Evangelical Theological Faculty in Leuven, Belgium. Taras provides critical leadership to our ongoing work in Ukraine. He lives in Rivne, Western Ukraine, with his family.

Juliany González Nieves joined Scholar Leaders in July 2024 as the Media Manager. She has experience across a range of higher ed industry segments, including communications, and advancement and university relations. Prior to this role, she served in multiple positions, including Director of Strategic Initiatives at Trinity International University – Florida, where she also taught undergraduate theology courses. She earned an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Juliany is passionate about doing theology in conversation with the global church. She has collaborated with projects and initiatives from institutions such as the University of St. Andrews and The Paul G. Hiebert Center for World Christianity and Global Theology.

With a heart for bridging Biblical wisdom with technology, Vinodh serves Scholar Leaders through BiblioTech, a digital library platform empowering theological institutions worldwide. Through Chesalon USA, he provides software development and artificial intelligence consulting services. His career spans director-level positions in large and small tech companies across telecom, oil and gas, and artificial intelligence. He served as Deputy Principal of Colombo Theological Seminary, where he continues to teach. He holds engineering degrees from Rice University and a doctorate from Dallas Theological Seminary. Vinodh lives in Houston with his wife Sucharitha, a physician, and their quiver-filling three children.

Tatiana’s deep commitment to theological education and the local church guides her work as a ministry leader and educator. She brings experience in pastoral ministry, biblical languages, and Christian education to her role, where she focuses on equipping others for faithful service and spiritual growth. She holds a Master’s in Education and a degree in Theology, with additional specialization in Hebrew Bible studies. Tatiana also serves on various initiatives aimed at strengthening family life and women’s ministry within the church. Based in Barranquilla, Colombia, she enjoys teaching, writing, and spending time with her family.

Luz Mestra from Colombia is a Business Administrator with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Chile. She has a background in Administration, Human Resources, Management and Entrepreneurship.

Wageeh joined Scholar Leaders in 2019 to guide the ministry in religions. Before joining Scholar Leaders, he was Director of the Center for Middle Eastern Christianity at the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Cairo, Egypt. He has published and spoken widely on medieval Arab Christianity. He received a Leader Studies scholarship for his PhD at Birmingham. He and his wife have two sons.

Kaylie supports the organization’s mission across all programs. She attended Azusa Pacific University, where her passion for faith, service, and leadership blossomed. As a pastor’s kid, she understands the importance of faithful, well-equipped leadership in the Church and is grateful to contribute to that mission through her role at Scholar Leaders. Kaylie currently resides in Middleville, Michigan, with her husband Tim and their 6 children.

Daniel has a PhD from Wheaton College and an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Prior to his current pastoral role at New Covenant Church in Naperville, Illinois, he taught at Hanoi Bible College and Singapore Bible College. He continues to be a resource for Hanoi Bible College, and to write for Vietnamese-speaking Christian readers. He and his wife Heather have two teenage sons.

Ginna is a theological leader with a deep commitment to education and Christian ministry. She recently completed her Master’s degree in Theology, further equipping her for a life dedicated to serving others and advancing the work of the Church. Ginna and her husband serve together in Colombia, where they are raising their two children, Santiago and Sofía.

Rolin came to the Theological Book Network in 2006 where he did a myriad of jobs from Office Manager, working in the warehouse and international logistics. Over the years he found himself doing several of the jobs at TBN before settling in as warehouse manager. Rolin attended Calvin University where he got his BA in Communications Arts and Science and had a 13-year job in radio where he was on the morning show at WLAV-FM. He resides in Grand Rapids Michigan with his wonderful wife Polly and daughter Emily.

Darshak is an ordained minister with the United Church of Christ in Nigeria since 2004. He came to the United States to advance his studies where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Old Testament at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since 2016, Darshak has been actively volunteering at Theological Book Network. His commitment has led to a part-time internship (Curricular Practical Training) position since 2022. Darshak is blessed with three children, who carry on the memory of his late beloved wife Nankal. They reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Jeri joined Scholar Leaders with a heart for serving others and a passion for helping teams thrive. As part of the administrative team in Grand Rapids, she enjoys bringing organization, efficiency, and attention to detail to support the organization’s mission and the people behind it.

Outside the office, Jeri serves in her church office, volunteers for just about anything (some might say a little too enthusiastically), enjoys getting lost in a good book, and loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters, cat and bearded dragon.

Scott joined Theological Book Network in 2021, leveraging his years of experience within theological education and publishing. As the Director of Acquisitions, his role involves sourcing relevant inventory and carefully curating books to align with the specific needs of our Majority World partners. He collaborates closely with school administrators, faculty, scholars, librarians, and various stakeholders to achieve this goal. Scott holds a BA in Comparative Religion from Western Michigan University and a Master of Arts in Biblical Exegesis from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He resides in Grand Rapids, MI, with his wife and two daughters.
