The first PeerLeader Forum took place in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, involving 15 leaders from Francophone Africa. The gathering was a unique opportunity for these leaders to enjoy the support and encouragement of a group of peers as they cooperated to address strategic issues facing the church in their region.

In 29 years, ScholarLeaders has invested in well over 200 wonderfully gifted leaders from the Majority World. These men and women earned doctorates in theology and related disciplines and now teach in their homelands, preparing thousands more to become effective pastors and Christian leaders. They address theological issues in their contexts. Many have formed and direct important ministries, and others guide educational institutions.
